Templates are settings / word lists that you have created beforehand and that you can reload exactly again afterwards. A practical example is avi levels. You can create word lists per avi level in advance so that you can configure the settings faster and don't always have to change all the settings manually.

All profiles have a unique 5-letter/number code so settings can be exchanged with another professional who also uses Karaton.

You can create a new template by pressing the 'new settings' button at the bottom of the screen.

If you want to set up a new template, you have two choices.

1) you create a completely new template using the same method as setting the settings.

2) you can load an existing profile of a colleague speech therapist by entering the unique code at the top. This will load all your colleague's settings. 

Once the settings are loaded, you can still adjust the name and word lists all by yourself.

Don't forget to save your template or save adjustments.
