In Karaton, it is possible to customise all the word material in the game to the level of each individual child. These settings can be adjusted via the Karaton Academy. The Academy can be found via this link.

Changing the settings is only possible if you have a professional account.

To change the settings, follow these steps

1) Go to the Karaton Academy.

2) Log in with the e-mail address and password you use to log into the game.

3) In the overview you will see all children connected to your professional account.

4) Tap on the child's profile to be able to adjust the settings

5) Karaton has 4 learning techniques that can be set to suit the child. In this screen, you can see at a glance how many exercises the child has done this week and what percentage of these are correct or incorrect. Select one of the reading techniques in the navigation on the left or in the main menu in the middle

6) Each reading technique consists of 4 parts: General settings, Glossary filter, Selected words and the Word database.

The menu of glossary filter is unfolded by default press the name to unfold the menu

7) Adjust the general settings and word list filter to the child's level.

8) For selected words, press 'Add word list' to create a word list based on your parameters. If there are already selected words, they have to be removed first by pressing 'Delete list' and then 'Complete list'.

9) As a final step, press 'save settings' This will send all words directly to Karaton. The child can now continue playing at their own level.
